I den här rapporten skapas en applikation med Zend Framework för att undersöka ramverket närmare. Zend Framework är ett av de största php-ramverken från grundarna av PHP. Rapporten är tänkt att hjälpa företag och privatpersoner, som tänker ta steget till Zend Framework, genom att skapa en introduktion till ramverket. Efter att ha läst rapporten kan förhoppningsvis beslut lättare fattas om företaget har tillräckligt med kompetens eller behov av att använda Zend Framework..

Rapporten grundar sig på en delmängd av ett projekt som utfördes åt uppdragsgivaren SocialWorks. Projektet innefattade bland annat att arbeta mot externa webbtjänster.Genom webbtjänster kan webbaserade datorprogram kommunicera och skicka data till varandra. Då en webbtjänst nyttjas behöver utvecklaren sätta sig in i API:et för webbtjänsten. Denna rapport tar upp ett antal problem som kan uppstå vid användandet av en sådan webbtjänst och hur dessa problem kan lösas genom att skapa ett mellanlager i form av en serviceklass. Alla API-anrop ska gå genom serviceklassen och därmed behöver kodförändringar endast göras i serviceklassen ifall API:et förändras.Som ett resultat av arbetet togs en serviceklass fram som underlättar användningen av Facebooks Graph API tillsammans med PHP-ramverket Zend Framework.

Den här rapporten avhandlar framtagandet av en prototyp för en tjänst där abonnenter hos telekomoperatörer ska kunna beställa och konfigurera sina egna tjänster i betydligt större utsträckning än vad som är möjligt idag.Detta är möjligt och önskvärt tack vare att det pågår kontinuerlig modernisering av den teknik som idag används i telefonnät och telefonsystem.Projektet genomfördes på uppdrag av Tieto i Kalmar som är ett konsultföretag som arbetar mycket med telekomteknik och som har flera stora kunder som arbetar med modernisering av sin teknik.Resultatet har blivit en prototyp där användaren på ett flexibelt sätt kan skapa, redigera och radera sina egna tjänster, samt få en grafisk överblick över sina inställningar.Prototypen är också enkel för uppdragsgivaren att anpassa för demonstration för olika kunder. Den är dessutom anpassad så att det ska gå så enkelt som möjligt att utveckla den vidare med nya komponenter.Från början ingick en student från Rehabiliteringsprogrammet i projektet. Tanken var att kunna genomföra olika typer av användbarhetsanalyser och på så sätt göra prototypen så användarvänlig som möjligt. Detta arbete handlar om synlighet på internet, främst för mindre företag. De metoder som fokuserats på är sökmotoroptimering (SEO) och marknadsföring i sociala medier (SMM). Arbetet har främst syftat till att kartlägga de aktuella råd som ges angående vad som gör en hemsida mer synlig. Därefter har dessa i en mycket lite skala testats på en webbsida som jag har fått i uppdrag att göra om, för att se om de ger något resultat. I rapporten finns en sammanställning av de mest populära och rekommenderade sätten att göra SEO och SMM. Testerna som genomförts har gett positiva resultat, trots att testtiden var begränsad..

Den här rapporten är baserad på ett examensarbete som är gjort för Hemsida24 där uppgiften var att skapa ett webbaserat system för att grafiskt visa statistik om deras kunder. Det skapade statistiksystemet har fått namnet Hemsida24 Analytics.I rapporten redovisas hur ovan nämna statistikverktyg har kommit till, samt hur det fungerar. Kundstatistiken visas på ett stilrent sätt med hjälp av amCharts flashbaserade grafer. Baserat på information från Hemsida24:s databas beräknades kundstatistiken och visades därefter i grafer.Programmeringen av Hemsida24 Analytics har i största hand gjorts objektorienterat i PHP. Utöver PHP har Zend Framework, MVC, MySQL, HMTL, CSS och jQuery haft en viktig roll under projektets gång.I graferna finns möjligheten att visa framtida prognoser.

This paper examines the customer relationships of a telecom operator and how their customer accounting is done. The aim is to use the framework developed by Lind & Strömsten (2006) to categorize customer relationships and see to what extent the framework predicts which type of customer accounting method is used for each customer relationship. A case study was made at Telenor Sverige AB where different customer relationships are identified and linked to the customer accounting techniques that are used for financial measurement of the customers. Findings include that all but one of the customer relationships described in the framework were recognized at Telenor and that most customer accounting techniques mentioned in the framework were in fact used and associated with different customer relationships. The results of the case study also highlight that some differences exist between the predictions of the framework and the observations at Telenor..

När man kombinerar ett objektorienterat programmeringsspråk och en relationsdatabas uppstår en del problem för utvecklare eftersom objektorienterade programmeringsspråk och relationsdatabaser har olika fokus, objektorienterade programmeringsspråk fokuserar på att avbilda verkliga objekt och relationsdatabaser fokuserar på data. De problem som uppstår kallas med ett samlingsnamn för object-relational mismatch. Det finns flertalet ramverk för att hantera dessa problem. Ett av dem är Entity Framework.Syftet med detta projekt var att utvärdera hur utvecklare tycker att Entity Framework fungerar för att lösa problematiken runt object-relational mismatch, hur det är för utvecklare att lära sig använda Entity Framework samt hur tillgången på inlärningsmaterial är.Under vår studie har vi lärt oss använda Entity Framework samtidigt som vi gjort en studie av tillgången på inlärningsmaterial. Vi har också byggt om en applikation så att den använder Entity Framework.

Our aim with this thesis was to closer study business intelligence to be able to present an overview of both the concept and the phenomenon. We have also developed a framework that show how business intelligence can be used effectively. We think that our framework can be of help to under-stand the areas which constitutes the core of business intelligence. How to motivate yourself to learn has always been an area of interest, gamification has become a way of capturing and enhancing ones motivation. But how should the learning applications be designded to maximize the users motivation? This paper adresses wether Yu-Kai Chous framework Octalysis, is applicable on learning applications. The study is conducted by using a modified set of heuristics that are applied to the evaluated applications to gather data that is then used to evaluate the framework. The paper concludes that the framework can be used to evaluate learning applications but it should be modified to improve the results.

In this thesis we have developed a framework of features associated with eCommerce platforms and then defined them. Thanks to our interviews with eCommerce-developers, we have been able to define multiple eCommerce features with the focus on an owner?s perspective. Much of the previous research in the area, takes a user perspective when the functionality of eCommerce-platforms have been assessed and evaluated. We have therefore taken an owner?s perspective in the evaluation of eCommerce platforms and therefore produced a suggested framework with key features associated with the owner's functions.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the nature of framework agreements in public procurement in Sweden. The main question is whether a contracting authority is obligated to place orders under a framework agreement when purchasing a product or service that is covered in that agreement and to what extent a contractor is obligated to accept such orders. If the answer to that first question is that an obligation does exist the next question to arise is what kind of consequences to expect when either party fails to meet that obligation. Of great importance is whether a contracting authority that hasn?t used an existing framework agreement is liable to pay damages to the contractor who according to the agreement had a right to deliver.

Background and problem - Integrated reporting is a hot topic today and is predicted to be the future of companies? external reporting. In December 2013 a new framework on integrated reporting was released and one part of the framework concerns governance and how it supports the organization?s value creation. A recent study on integrated reporting in Sweden showed the area of governance to be poorly reported.

This paper aim to present a model for evaluating what we choose to call HTML-frameworks, a framework that contains a set of CSS layouts and occasionally JavaScript support, based on the characteristics of the software quality standard ISO/IEC 9126-1. The methods used to produce this model is based on a field study that involved making a web portal with the help of a HTML-framework, some relevant literature and an analysis of the framework based on the characteristics of the ISO/IEC 9126-1 standard. The result was a model based on twelve different characteristics; functionality, web browser compatibility, collaborative skills, user-friendliness, documentation, visuals, graphic layout, performance, activity, professional support, replaceability and license. This model should be viewed upon as a suggestion to what a model for choosing HTML-framework could look like, because we haven?t had the time to test it in a real situation, so further studies are needed, and we believe there could be improvements made in the objectivity of the assessments of the characteristics..
